Last Friday night we did a little happy hour hangout

session on John's Boat in the Dana Point Harbor!

It's been awhile since we have been on the Seastar...

so nice being out there with the kiddos

just hanging out and cathching up!

Corrine's Graduation

graduated from 8th grade on Thursday!!!!
We are all so proud of her and all her accomplishments
and her very bright future ahead and she prepares
for high school!

A Visit from Baby Ella

Our dear friends John & Kim arrived on Thursday for a short

1 night visit with there precious new baby Girl Ella!

Brian and John were roommates when we were in college

at Point Loma, which made Kim and I practically roommates too!

We just cherish John & Kim so much and wish we all lived closer

but it was such a treat to have them in town from San Jose

for the night and meet

sweet baby Ella! She is full of smiles and is the happiest baby ever!!!

Memorial Weekend...Palm Desert

Brian and I rounded up some of our college friends

for the memorial day weekend and headed to Palm Desert!

I swear us girls were there but somehow none

of us made it into my

pictures except for Ellie! We had a blast hanging out by the pool

sipping on some adult beverages and celebrating Heather & Ellie's

birthday! We had a blast with all of you!

The newest thing in the Rodgers house is now the kids

take baths together...kinda...Noah goes in his

baby tub (which sits in the regular bathtub) and Sophia

sits in the tub next to him and they get to be together

and they always listen to their favorite

song "In the Jungle the Mighty Jungle"

Well the other night after we got Noah out of the tub

Sophia quickly got into the baby tub to play around

its was so cute but really made me realize how big our little

girl is getting...she will be 3 on Saturday!

Time just goes by way too quick but we are enjoying

these precious times!

Last week the 4 of us Rodgers took our first family vacation...

on and airplane and all...wow what an adventure we had!

We had decided a few months ago that we wanted to

go somewhere close to home and wanted a short plane ride

so we ended up in Scottsdale Arizona...

what a wonderful vacation we had with our kiddos

we all had a great time playing in the pools

all day long, soaking up some sun,

riding the water slides and

eating way too much food...and some cocktails too!

Both of our kiddos traveled very well adjusting

to the hotel life and sweet little Noah spent most

of his days trying to cut his first 2 teeth...

and still nothing yet...poor guy.

All in All we had a wonderful vacation and feel so blessed

for the opportunity!

have not see Bri or I on the blog...well that's because

"it's all about our babies"
